Key Responsibilities for a Client Service Associate:
Provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering solutions with professionalism and empathy.
Act as a brand ambassador for both Invictus and our clients, ensuring their brand message is effectively communicated to target audiences.
Assist with the execution of client campaigns, supporting strategies that increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Gather valuable customer feedback, analyze service outcomes, and suggest areas for improvement to enhance future campaigns and client experiences.
Track campaign performance, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights to optimize service delivery and client satisfaction.
Work closely with the Client Service Team and other departments to ensure seamless campaign execution and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
Education: An associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not required.
