Invictus is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in business development and expand their skills in relationship building, sales strategies, and market research. The Business Development Associate will support the development and growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and assisting in the execution of business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients in target markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
  • Support the creation and execution of strategies to drive new business and expand existing relationships.
  • Help in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials for potential clients.
  • Participate in meetings and assist senior team members in closing deals and acquiring new clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business development strategies.
  • Track and report on sales progress, customer feedback, and market intelligence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM software.
  • Assist in organizing and executing business development events, webinars, and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with clients.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a focus on detail.
