As a Community Outreach Representative, you will serve as a key liaison between our organization and the community, promoting programs, fostering relationships, and increasing awareness of our services.
Represent the organization at community events, fairs, and meetings
Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations, schools, and community groups
Conduct outreach campaigns to promote programs and services
Assist with organizing workshops, outreach initiatives, and public events
Track engagement metrics and maintain accurate records of outreach activities
Support marketing and communications initiatives to increase community awareness
Provide information and resources to community members and stakeholders
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Outgoing, personable, and comfortable interacting with diverse audiences
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and events
Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in customer service, volunteer coordination, or community engagement
Ability to create reports and track community engagement metrics
Flexible schedule to attend occasional evenings or weekend events
