We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition within a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
The Entry-Level Recruiter will support the full hiring lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding.
Review resumes and applications to identify top candidates
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Support onboarding documentation and new hire orientation
Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for future openings
Assist with recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives
Achieve weekly hiring goals and performance metrics
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Customer service, sales, internship, or administrative experience is a plus
Understanding of recruiting metrics and performance tracking
Ability to assess personality fit and soft skills
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
