Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and skilled experienced painters to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to consistently deliver top-quality painting services. This role requires proficiency in various painting techniques and a commitment to safety, provide excellent customer service, and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting, including scraping, sanding, patching, and cleaning.
Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other coatings to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
Mix and match paints to achieve desired colors and consistencies.
Protect surrounding areas and furniture from paint splatter and damage.
Maintain and clean painting equipment and tools.
Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Work collaboratively with team members and follow instructions from supervisors.
Provide high-quality workmanship and ensure customer satisfaction.
Adapt to varying weather conditions and work environments specific to Oahu.
Transport materials to job sites.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of professional painting experience.
Proven knowledge of various painting techniques and materials.
Ability to prepare surfaces and apply coatings to a high standard.
Experience with both residential and commercial painting projects.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.
Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
Experience with spray equipment is a plus.

Working Conditions:
