This is a Full-Time role based in our state-of-the-art outpatient facility, equipped with the cutting-edge equipment necessary for modern therapy practices. What You'll Do -

Assess patient condition by conducting physical examinations and reviewing medical history.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments and needs.
Instruct and advise patients on therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, and other modalities as necessary.
Maintain patient records by documenting their conditions, therapies, and responses.
Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to plan, manage, and assess patient treatments.
Modify patient treatment plans as progress or setbacks occur.
Provide information to patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.
Supervise staff as needed (PTA and Tech) to ensure clean, efficient, and safe operational standards.
Stay updated with advancements in physical therapy techniques to modernize care and treatment.
Adhere to all federal, state, and local certification requirements and practice ethical standards of the physical therapy profession.

Who We're Looking For -

Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligibility for licensure). Recent grads encourage to apply.
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Proven work or clinical rotation experience delivering patient-centered care in an outpatient setting.
Strong understanding of diverse physical therapy techniques and modalities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary health team.
Demonstrated commitment to continued education and professional development.
Knowledge of and compliance with national, state, and local licensing requirements and regulations.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently.
Physical stamina and mobility to perform physically demanding work.
