Position Overview:

As an Entry-Level Pest Control Sales Consultant, you’ll play a crucial role in our sales team by meeting homeowners face-to-face through door-to-door outreach. Your goal is to introduce our pest control solutions, helping families maintain safer and more comfortable homes. You’ll engage in meaningful conversations at their doorsteps, educate potential customers about our services, and demonstrate the value we bring. Your ability to build trust quickly will turn brief interactions into long-term customer relationships—sometimes in as little as 10 minutes!

We offer industry-leading training, including personalized field coaching, detailed sales scripts, and a mix of online and in-person courses to help you succeed. Our competitive pay structure features commissions, bonuses, raises, and profit-sharing opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct door-to-door sales to showcase the benefits of our pest control services.
  • Work late afternoon and evening hours to connect with homeowners when they’re available.
  • Commit to a seasonal role (April to September) or a flexible schedule that suits your needs.
  • Participate in daily training sessions and sales meetings to enhance your skills.
  • Ensure exceptional follow-up and provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals.


What We’re Looking For:

  • No sales experience required! We provide full training, but any sales background is a plus.
  • Welcoming entry-level candidates, including recent high school graduates and college students.
  • Ability to handle rejection positively and convert prospects into satisfied customers.
  • Ability to be on your feet for 7 hours+ per day knocking doors in residential neighborhoods.
  • Availability for full-time work (9-hour shifts) from April through September.
  • Strong communication skills—bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply but it’s not a requirement.
  • Eagerness to complete sales training and memorize sales scripts.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.


Compensation:

Our sales consultants can expect seasonal earnings of $55,000 to $70,000, including commissions, performance bonuses, and profit-sharing.

Compensation details will be discussed based on your experience, qualifications, and interview performance.
