Role Overview: What You’ll Do

As an Entry-Level Pest Control Sales Consultant, you’ll be on the front lines, engaging directly with homeowners through door-to-door outreach. Your goal will be to introduce our pest control services and show families how we can make their homes safer, cleaner, and more comfortable. You’ll initiate doorstep conversations, educate potential customers, and demonstrate how our solutions can add real value to their properties. By building trust quickly, you’ll often turn cold encounters into strong customer relationships in just minutes.

We provide top-notch training, including 1-on-1 field coaching, detailed sales scripts, and a mix of online and in-person classes to accelerate your growth and career advancement. Our competitive pay structure includes commissions, bonuses, raises, and profit-sharing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct door-to-door outreach to educate homeowners on our pest control services.
  • Work flexible late afternoon and evening hours to align with homeowners’ schedules.
  • Commit to a seasonal schedule (April to September) or a timeframe that works for you.
  • Participate in daily sales training and team meetings to continuously improve your skills.
  • Deliver exceptional follow-up and ensure a smooth, positive customer experience from start to finish.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.


What We’re Looking For:

  • No sales experience needed! We provide comprehensive training, but any prior experience is a plus.
  • We welcome entry-level applicants, including recent high school grads and current college students.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude towards handling rejection.
  • Full-time availability (9-hour shifts) from April through September.
  • Strong communication skills—bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, though it’s not required.
  • Readiness to complete sales training and master sales scripts.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.


Compensation:

Our sales consultants typically earn between $55,000 to $70,000 per season, with a mix of commissions, performance bonuses, and profit-sharing opportunities.
