What You’ll Do in this Role:

As an Entry-Level Pest Control Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be engaging with homeowners directly through door-to-door sales strategies. You’ll introduce our effective pest control solutions, showcasing how we can help create safer and more comfortable living environments. Your day-to-day will involve connecting with potential customers at their home doorstep, explaining our services, and demonstrating how we bring value to their homes. With strong communication skills and a knack for building trust, you’ll transform brief interactions into meaningful customer relationships—often within minutes!

We offer comprehensive training to ensure your success, including one-on-one field coaching, detailed sales scripts, and a blend of digital and in-person learning experiences. Our compensation package is competitive, featuring commissions, bonuses, raises, and profit-sharing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door outreach to present our pest control services to homeowners.
• Work during late afternoon and evening hours to accommodate homeowner availability.
• Commit to a seasonal schedule (April to September) or a timeframe that fits your availability.
• Engage in daily sales training and meetings to refine your selling techniques.
• Provide exceptional service and follow-up to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales performance targets.

Who We’re Looking For:

• No sales experience necessary! We provide thorough training, but previous experience is a plus.
• Welcoming entry-level applicants, including recent high school graduates and current college students.
• Comfortable handling daily rejection and skilled at turning hesitant prospects into satisfied customers.
• Full-time availability (9-hour shifts) from April through September.
• Excellent communication skills; being bilingual is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to complete training and memorize proven sales scripts.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Compensation:

Our sales consultants typically earn between $55,000 and $70,000 per season, combining commissions, performance bonuses, and profit-sharing opportunities.
