Position Overview: What You’ll Do

As an Entry-Level Pest Control Sales Consultant, you’ll take an active role in the field operations, engaging with homeowners through door-to-door interactions. Your mission will be to introduce our pest control solutions and show how they can make homes safer and more comfortable. By sparking genuine doorstep conversations, educating potential customers, and highlighting the benefits of our services, you’ll turn quick introductions into lasting relationships—sometimes in 10 minutes or less!

Our industry-leading training program includes personalized field coaching, effective sales scripts, and a blend of online and in-person learning sessions to fast-track your development and career growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform door-to-door outreach to inform homeowners about our affordable pest control services.
• Adapt to late afternoon and evening schedules to meet homeowners when they’re available.
• Commit to a seasonal role (April to September) or a similar schedule that suits your needs.
• Participate in daily training sessions and meetings to keep your skills sharp.
• Provide exceptional follow-up and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• No prior sales experience needed! We provide full training—though any experience is a bonus.
• Ideal for entry-level candidates, including high school graduates and college students.
• Comfort with rejection and the ability to turn a “no” into a “yes.”
• Full-time commitment (9-hour shifts) from April through September.
• Strong communication skills; being bilingual is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to complete sales training and learn sales scripts.
• A proactive attitude in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation:

Our sales consultants typically earn $55,000 to $70,000 per season, combining commissions, bonuses, and profit-sharing.
