Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage with customers on a daily basis to understand their automotive needs and guide them through the sales process.
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients, ensuring a smooth sales process from start to finish.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets, and project the number of contacts to be made.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity, ensuring all potential sales avenues are explored.
- Maintain sales materials and current product knowledge to effectively communicate the features and benefits of vehicles to customers.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships, nurturing long-term partnerships.
- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up methods to ensure client satisfaction and service reliability.
- Identify and resolve client concerns promptly, utilizing problem-solving skills to maintain customer trust and loyalty.
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events to bolster client engagement and sales outcomes.
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine customer needs, pricing, and competitive landscapes to strategically position Dealer Amplified in the market.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements, demonstrating an ability to adapt and respond to changing market conditions.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for building rapport with potential and existing customers.
- Capability to flourish in a competitive environment, sustaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without compromising quality or service.
