The Sales Associate will play a pivotal role in fostering the growth by effectively converting customer interactions into sales while upholding our reputation for quality and reliability. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers on a daily basis to understand their automotive needs and guide them through the sales process.
  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients, ensuring a smooth sales process from start to finish.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets, and project the number of contacts to be made.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity, ensuring all potential sales avenues are explored.
  • Maintain sales materials and current product knowledge to effectively communicate the features and benefits of vehicles to customers.
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships, nurturing long-term partnerships.
  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up methods to ensure client satisfaction and service reliability.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns promptly, utilizing problem-solving skills to maintain customer trust and loyalty.
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events to bolster client engagement and sales outcomes.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to determine customer needs, pricing, and competitive landscapes to strategically position Dealer Amplified in the market.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements, demonstrating an ability to adapt and respond to changing market conditions.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for building rapport with potential and existing customers.
  • Capability to flourish in a competitive environment, sustaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without compromising quality or service.
  • A team player who contributes beneficially towards team outcomes while effectively managing their individual responsibilities.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record, as local travel to client locations may be required occasionally.
  • At least a High School diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or a related field would be an advantage.
