Our established private dental practice in Glendale, Arizona is looking for an experienced Patient Coordinator to join our team.

As a Patient Coordinator, you’ll help create a positive experience from the moment a patient walks through the door or calls our office.
Your day may include:
Welcoming and checking in patients
Scheduling and coordinating appointments
Answering phones and assisting patients with questions
Verifying insurance and reviewing treatment estimates
Collecting payments and handling paperwork
Helping keep the schedule running smoothly
Communicating with patients and the clinical team
Making sure every patient feels welcomed, heard, and cared for
Enjoys working with and helping people
Has a positive, team-oriented attitude
Is organized and comfortable multitasking
Communicates clearly and professionally
Pays attention to details
Takes pride in providing excellent patient care
Is dependable and takes ownership of their work
Wants to grow with an established practice
