Our established private dental practice in Glendale, Arizona is looking for an experienced Patient Coordinator to join our team.

What You’ll Do

As a Patient Coordinator, you’ll help create a positive experience from the moment a patient walks through the door or calls our office.

Your day may include:

  • Welcoming and checking in patients

  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments

  • Answering phones and assisting patients with questions

  • Verifying insurance and reviewing treatment estimates

  • Collecting payments and handling paperwork

  • Helping keep the schedule running smoothly

  • Communicating with patients and the clinical team

  • Making sure every patient feels welcomed, heard, and cared for

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of dental front office experience
  • Experience and strong knowledge of dental insurance
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Dentrix experience 
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
