You'll be the friendly face and welcoming voice our patients see first.
Your day may include:
Greeting patients with a smile
Scheduling appointments and helping patients find times that work for them
Answering phones and assisting patients with questions
Verifying insurance and reviewing treatment estimates
Collecting payments and processing paperwork
Helping the clinical team stay on schedule
Creating an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors
Loves connecting with people
Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with a team
Stays organized and can multitask with confidence
Communicates clearly and professionally
Pays attention to the little details
Wants to grow with an established practice
Treats every patient like family
Dental front office experience (2 years +)
High School Diploma or GED
Dentrix experience is a plus
Knowledge of dental insurance
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
