You’ll be the hub of the front office—helping keep both patients and the team on track:
Greet patients and create a warm, welcoming first impression
Manage scheduling to keep patient flow efficient and providers on time
Coordinate patient communication, follow-ups, and retention efforts
Oversee daily front office operations and keep the schedule running smoothly
Answer phones and support day-to-day administrative needs
Verify insurance and assist with financial arrangements and payments
Present treatment plans
Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
Help maintain a positive, supportive team environment
2+ years of dental front office experience (required)
High school diploma or GED (required)
Experience with Dentrix (preferred)
Knowledge of dental insurance processes, including eligibility verification, claims processing, and accurate payment posting
Strong communication and people skills
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Calm, professional, and patient-focused approach
Team player who brings a positive attitude to work every day
