What You’ll Be Doing

•  Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care

• Perform periodontal charting and assessments

• Take digital radiographs and iTero scanning

• Educate patients regarding oral health and treatment recommendations

• Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure exceptional patient care

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

•  Follow OSHA and infection control protocols

• Build long-term relationships with patients

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of RDH experience preferred (but open to strong new grads)

• Loves educating and motivating patients

• Values teamwork and collaboration

• Strong communication and patient education skills

• Someone who values quality care over rushing

• A team player looking for a long-term dental home

• Wants to grow professionally and contribute to a thriving practice

Requirements

• Active Arizona RDH license

• CPR/BLS certification

• Laser certification

• Experience with Dentrix (preferred)

• Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and patient care

• Commitment to professionalism, detail, and patient confidentiality (HIPAA)
