We are a well-established private dental practice in the Scottsdale, Arizona, looking for an energetic, organized, and friendly Dental Practice Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Patient Experience & Communication:

• Serve as the first point of contact, greeting patients with a warm, professional demeanor
• Ensure a seamless and positive experience from check-in to check-out
• Manage appointment scheduling to optimize provider productivity and patient flow
• Coordinate follow-ups and patient communications to support retention and satisfaction

Office Coordination & Leadership:

• Oversee daily front office operations and ensure schedules are prepared and running efficiently
• Act as a liaison between patients and the clinical team 
• Handle phones, insurance verification, and administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency 
• Collect payments, present treatment plans when applicable, and verify financial arrangements 
• Support team organization and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture

 Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2+ years of dental front office experience required 
• Experience with Dentrix or similar dental practice management software preferred

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail 
• Excellent verbal and written communication 
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment 
• Professional, friendly demeanor with a strong customer service mindset 
• Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance processes, and scheduling best practices 
• Team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach
