Pure Way Orange County, a leader in the water purification industry, is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated Full-Time Appointment Generator. This pivotal role is tailored for a driven and energetic professional eager to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional water purification solutions to our community. This is an onsite position, emphasizing that being present in the field is crucial as this is not a remote job opportunity.

The selected candidate will play a key role in fostering our connection with potential clients, ensuring they receive personalized interactions that highlight the benefits of our products and services. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and target residential areas that would benefit from our water purification services.
  • Engage with homeowners through door-to-door visits to introduce our product range and the advantages of purified water.
  • Schedule appointments effectively ensuring potential customers are provided information and times that best suit their availability.
  • Document interactions and feedback from potential clients to assist the sales team in preparation.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment targets as set by the sales management team.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor to uphold the company's reputation and brand image.
  • Attend team meetings to update on progress, share insights, and align strategies with broader company goals.
  • Guide potential clients through the initial stages of understanding their water purification needs.
  • Deliver presentations when required, using engaging communication skills to capture the audience’s interest.
  • Follow up with potential leads who have shown interest but have not yet scheduled an appointment.
  • Use persuasive selling techniques to maximize appointment bookings leading to sales.
  • Provide feedback from client interactions to help tailor future marketing and sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar field, preferably in door-to-door roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet and exceed set targets.
  • High level of self-motivation, energy, and resilience, with a persistent approach to achieving goals.
  • Excellent time management skills, capable of prioritizing and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the local geographical area will be highly advantageous.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor at all times during interactions.
  • Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends when necessary.
  • Compensation structured on a per-appointment basis, with additional bonuses for appointments that result in sales.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation as this role involves substantial local travel.
  • Must be capable of engaging with potential clients in various weather conditions and outdoor settings.
