Logistics Specialist (Palmetto, Florida) We are a leading, high-volume precision parts manufacturing enterprise with extensive assembly operations headquartered in Palmetto, Florida. As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Logistics Specialist to support our operations and logistics team at this location.

Position Overview: The Logistics Specialist will report directly to the Warehouse Manager and will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating all logistics activities at our Palmetto facility. This position requires a detail oriented, highly dependable professional with strong organizational skills and a hands on approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate receiving logs and properly tag and label incoming materials and inventory.
• Perform precise packing, labeling, and shipping of products to meet customer and internal requirements.
• Keep the work environment clean, organized, and compliant with company safety standards.
• Assist in the assembly process as needed.
• Adhere to company protocols, policies, and quality assurance procedures.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience in shipping, receiving, and assembly operations.
• Proven work in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Qualifications & Physical Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and possess reliable transportation.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs., and able to push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, and stand for the duration of a full shift.
• Willingness to take on additional duties as needed.
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Commitment to upholding all company safety, operational, and quality standards.
