We are expanding and looking for experienced CNC Lathe Machinists to join our team. Our facility in Rockford/Loves Park is modern, clean, and offers a professional working environment. Responsibilities:

• Program 2-axis CNC lathes directly on the machine using G-code

• Expertly set up and run parts on CNC lathes

• Interpret engineering prints to develop efficient programs using canned cycles

• Perform fast and efficient setups and part changeovers

• Read and write G & M code with precision

• Machine various materials including 6061 Aluminum, 303 SS, 17-4 PH, 4140 Steel, and Nylon

• Operate CNC machines with HAAS and Fanuc (OiMF or OiMD) controls

• Maintain quality and tolerances within +/- 0.005”

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience programming and operating CNC lathes from print to finished part

• Proven ability to set up, program, and run jobs independently

• Experience with Haas ST-10 & ST-20, Doosan, Daewoo, Kia, Hyundai, or other Fanuc-controlled machines

• Ability to produce precision parts with tight tolerances

• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
