Salary Range:  $52000 - $75000 year

We are seeking a highly dependable, and responsible professional to lead, and manage our growing operations. 

 Summary: 

 The multi-location manufacturing Operations Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating manufacturing operations across multiple facilities to ensure consistency, efficiency, and alignment with Genesys Industries, Inc. goals. This role requires strategic oversight, cross-site leadership, and continuous improvement to optimize production performance, cost control, and product quality, and production output across all sites.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee manufacturing operations across multiple facilities, ensuring alignment with business and operational objectives.
  • Develop and implement standardized processes, KPIs, and performance benchmarks across all locations.
  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement, and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate production planning, capacity management, and resource allocation between facilities to meet demand, and delivery targets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards at all sites.
  • Partner with site leaders, and HR to foster strong teams, and address local operational challenges.
  • Lead, coach, and evaluate location managers across multiple facilities.
  • Monitor and report on location performance metrics, providing strategic recommendations and hands-on support as needed.
  • Facilitate culture change, operational excellence, and best practice sharing across the facilities.
  • Develop budgets and manage financial performance for each location, including cost reduction and productivity initiatives.

 Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor degree preferred or commensurate work experience required (manufacturing sector). 
    • 8–10 years of manufacturing leadership experience, including managing multiple locations.
    • Proven ability to lead cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
    • Expertise in process improvement methodologies.
    • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Proficient in ERP systems, data analytics, and reporting tools.
