Fundraiser Duties & Responsibilities:

Please note that this is a remote position, but we are only hiring in the state of Montana and Washington states. 

• Research and contact potential sponsors and donors
• Use CRM to make calls 
• HubSpot and Aircall are tools we use
• Deliver a strong fundraising message
• Raise donations through online platforms
• Gather information and maintain fundraising documentation
• Evaluate the success of fundraising activities
• Promote awareness and spread the organization’s mission and goals
• Form and maintain strong relationships with donors and sponsors
• Motivate donors to maximize their donations

Fundraiser Requirements:

• Entry level 
• Relevant fundraising experience with a CRM a plus
• Previous working experience involving fundraising activities
• Extraordinary communication and public speaking skills
• Project and event management skills
• Creative mind
• Negotiation and persuasiveness
• Ability to motivate and encourage others
