Bilingual Equipment Operator (Spanish/English)

Based near Harmony, MN | Projects within 90 minutes

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Pay: $20–$27 per hour (depending on experience)

Miners Underground is hiring a dependable Equipment Operator to support underground utility construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work, operates equipment safely, and works well on a crew.

What You’ll Do

• Operate construction equipment safely and efficiently
• Support underground utility installation projects
• Direct and assist ground crew members during operations
• Set up and maintain safe, organized jobsites
• Load and unload equipment, tools, and material
•  Inspect vehicles and equipment before and after use
• Assist with locating and exposing existing utilities
• Participate in daily safety and job planning meetings
• Communicate professionally with team members and customers
• Restore worksites to clean, finished condition

Requirements

• Ability to speak and understand Spanish and English (bilingual required)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Experience operating construction or utility equipment preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to workplace safety

Work Environment & Schedule

• Field-based role working on active construction sites
• Projects located within 1.5 hours of Harmony, MN
• Full-time, consistent weekday schedule
