Operator - based in Harmony, MN 

Salary: $20-$27 per hour based on experience
Typical Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30am-5:30pm
Location:  Based in Harmony, MN, projects in surrounding towns

What You’ll Do

As an Equipment Operator, you’ll safely operate machinery and lead jobsite execution while working closely with your crew.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently 
• Lead and direct laborers on-site 
• Set up jobsite safety controls (cones, signage, barricades, trench protection) 
• Load and unload equipment, vehicles, and trailers
• Inspect and maintain trucks, trailers, and equipment 
• Stock vehicles with tools, materials, and supplies 
• Keep equipment and worksites clean and organized 
• Safely locate and expose existing underground utilities 
• Participate in Plan of Day (POD) meetings and pre-job safety briefings 
• Restore worksites to high-quality standards 
• Communicate professionally with customers as needed 
• Take ownership of personal and team safety

Requirements

• Experience operating construction or utility equipment preferred 
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions 
• Strong communication and teamwork skills 
• Valid driver’s license
