Operator - based in Harmony, MN 

Salary: $20-$27 per hour based on experience
Typical Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30am-5:30pm
Location: Projects are withing 1.5hrs of Harmony, MN

All candidates must pass a pre-employment drug test as part of the hiring process. Ongoing drug testing may be required per company policy.

What You’ll Do

As an Operator, you’ll use equipment to complete tasks efficiently and safely while communicating with your crew. Key responsibilities include:

• Operate equipment to meet objectives and quality standards
• Guide and direct laborers on site
• Set up safety devices (cones, signs, barricades, trench safety equipment)
• Load/unload equipment, inspect vehicles and trailers
• Stock truck with materials and supplies
• Keep equipment and jobsite clean and organized
• Locate and expose existing utilities safely
• Participate in Plan of Day (POD) meetings and pre-job briefings
• Restore the jobsite to top standards
• Communicate with customers when needed
• Take ownership of safety for yourself and your team
