Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Supervisor to lead our clinical team in Texas. This is a leadership role ideal for a motivated nurse who is ready to make a meaningful difference while guiding a team of healthcare professionals in delivering outstanding home health and hospice care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide supervision and support to nursing staff, ensuring the highest standards of care.
Ensure compliance with all applicable Texas state, federal, and accreditation regulations.
Serve as a mentor and clinical resource to team members.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to deliver coordinated, holistic care.
Monitor patient outcomes and implement performance improvement initiatives.
Promote a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered work environment.

Qualifications:
Active RN license in the state of Texas (required)
Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience (home health or hospice preferred)
Previous supervisory or leadership experience a plus
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required
Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
