Job Summary

We are seeking a Healthcare Liaison/Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this community-facing role, you will be responsible for generating and cultivating referral relationships across El Paso and Las Cruces. You will leverage your healthcare sales and marketing expertise to grow our patient census, build brand awareness, and ensure our superior standards of care are well recognized in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Outreach & Relationship Building
    • Identify, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships with hospitals, physician groups, skilled nursing facilities, and community organizations.
    • Promote Tender Care’s suite of post-acute services, focusing on innovative programs new to the community.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution
    • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively presenting the value of Tender Care’s offerings.
    • Stay informed of local market trends, competitor activity, and emerging healthcare needs to position our services as top-of-mind solutions.
  • Collaboration & Advocacy
    • Collaborate closely with clinical and operational teams to align marketing initiatives with patient care goals.
    • Serve as a liaison between referral sources and clinical staff, ensuring a seamless transition of care for patients.
  • Documentation & Reporting
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, referral outcomes, and market data.
    • Provide regular reports and feedback to senior leadership, recommending strategies to optimize outreach efforts.

Qualifications

  • Experience & Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven track record of success in healthcare sales, ideally within home health, hospice, or post-acute care services
  • Market Knowledge:
    • Strong understanding of the El Paso and surrounding communities, including referral patterns and key healthcare stakeholders.
  • Skills & Attributes:
    • Integrity: Dedicated to honest, ethical sales practices and representing the best interests of patients and families.
    • Compassion: Passionate about advocating for quality care and supporting patients during challenging times.
    • Innovation: Comfortable introducing new ideas and evolving programs that align with community needs.
