You will be responsible for answering the phone, checking in and checking out patients, greeting patients as they come into the office, scheduling new patients and existing patients, taking payment, small treatment plan presentation as needed, and helping to fill the schedule for both hygiene and doctor's schedule. Dentrix software experience is a plus, as well as understanding insurance benefits for accurate scheduling and available services. The right candidate needs to be self motivated and driven. We are a fast paced, private practice and it is important that you are able to multi-task. We are a fun group and we are looking for the right fit for our patients and our team.
