You are the first friendly face homeowners meet. You are not closing deals. Your role is to create interest, educate homeowners, and schedule qualified appointments for our experienced Solar Consultants.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Walking assigned residential neighborhoods throughout Farmington and surrounding Hartford-area communities
  • Engaging homeowners with confidence and professionalism
  • Educating residents on rising energy costs and grid challenges
  • Generating and scheduling qualified solar consultations
  • Representing SPARTA Solar with energy, integrity, and positivity

Working within assigned territories and structured canvassing routes

Role Requirements

  • Comfortable approaching residential neighborhoods
  • Able to walk several miles per day
  • No sales experience required (entry-level candidates welcome)
  • Minimum 30 hours per week
  • Availability during evenings and Saturdays
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to complete sales and marketing training, including script mastery
  • Commitment to a high-standards, goal-driven team environment

Earning Potential
