Let’s Talk About the Role

Recruiters at SPARTA are the frontline builders of our team and culture. Their first function is to engage with candidates, qualify talent, and ensure each recruit has a clear path into the company. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and organizing incoming candidate leads

  • Conducting phone screens and interviews

  • Onboarding new hires and ensuring smooth handoffs to their assigned teams

  • Supporting new hires until their first sale to ensure long-term success

This isn’t a generic “post and pray” recruiting role — we have a strong pipeline of leads. Your organizational skills, communication, and ability to build trust will fuel your success.

Requirements

  • Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred (sales recruiting is a plus)

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple candidates, schedules, and team needs at once

  • Must be able to work full-time from our Lehi office

  • Comfortable with technology (CRM/ATS tools, Google Suite, scheduling platforms, etc.)

  • Driven, competitive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

  • Alignment with SPARTA’s core values and team-first culture
