Hours: Monday-Friday 8-4:30pm

About the Role:
We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Safety & Recruiting Assistant to join our team! This role is a mix of safety, onboarding, and recruiting support, perfect for someone who is outgoing, adaptable, and confident in communicating with drivers and team members. If you enjoy being in front of a camera, keeping things organized, and can confidently communicate and maintain guidelines, this could be the role for you!
What You'll Do:
Lead and manage new hire orientation sessions, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Assist with safety compliance, including electronic log auditing and other administrative safety tasks.
Support recruitment marketing, including creating and posting content for social media and assisting with video ads.
Communicate with drivers and staff, providing guidance and ensuring policies are followed.
Utilize Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) to create presentations and materials for orientation and training.
Help maintain a positive, safety-first culture while ensuring compliance with company policies.
What We’re Looking For:
Someone who is comfortable being in front of a camera for recruiting and marketing materials.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Maintain guidelines and address issues professionally
Outgoing, adaptable, and able to go with the flow in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to learn and be trained in safety compliance and onboarding processes.
Prior experience in either safety or administrative organization is preferred.
Valid Driver’s License Required
