Salary: $45,000–$50,000 based on experience 
Hours: Monday-Friday 8-4:30pm

About the Role:
We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Safety & Recruiting Assistant to join our team! This role is a mix of safety, onboarding, and recruiting support, perfect for someone who is outgoing, adaptable, and confident in communicating with drivers and team members. If you enjoy being in front of a camera, keeping things organized, and can confidently communicate and maintain guidelines, this could be the role for you!

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage new hire orientation sessions, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

• Assist with safety compliance, including electronic log auditing and other administrative safety tasks.

• Support recruitment marketing, including creating and posting content for social media and assisting with video ads.

• Communicate with drivers and staff, providing guidance and ensuring policies are followed.

• Utilize Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) to create presentations and materials for orientation and training.

• Help maintain a positive, safety-first culture while ensuring compliance with company policies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone who is comfortable being in front of a camera for recruiting and marketing materials.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

• Maintain guidelines and address issues professionally

• Outgoing, adaptable, and able to go with the flow in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to learn and be trained in safety compliance and onboarding processes.

• Prior experience in either safety or administrative organization is preferred.

• Valid Driver’s License Required
