Dental Treatment Coordinator
Location: Henderson, NV 89074
Pay: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Part-Time/ Full time

Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and provide an exceptional customer experience
- Review treatment plans with patients in a clear, caring, and confident manner
- Educate patients on recommended treatment and answer questions
- Discuss insurance benefits, estimated patient responsibility, and financing options
- Coordinate treatment acceptance and schedule appointments efficiently
- Follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment
- Verify insurance benefits and obtain pre-authorizations when needed
- Present payment options and collect payments
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
- Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to ensure seamless patient care
- Help patients feel comfortable and confident moving forward with treatment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of dental office experience required
- Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator is preferred
- Strong understanding of dental procedures, insurance, and treatment planning
- Experience with Dentrix or similar dental practice management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident discussing treatment costs and financing
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Professional phone etiquette
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
