Dental Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator
Full-Time | 4-Day Workweek | Friday–Sunday Off
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing dental team.
About Us
58 Peaks Dental is a modern general dentistry practice providing comprehensive dental care, from routine dentistry to advanced surgical and implant procedures.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, takes pride in being dependable, and wants an opportunity to learn and grow within a dental practice.
Dental experience is preferred, but not required. We’re happy to train the right person who brings a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Schedule
Monday–Tuesday: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
Wednesday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Friday–Sunday: Off
What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients and create a friendly, professional experience
- Answer phones and communicate with patients by phone, text, and email
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Verify dental insurance and benefits
- Help patients understand treatment plans and estimated costs
- Discuss payment and financing options with patients
- Coordinate with the clinical team to keep the schedule running smoothly
- Learn dental insurance, billing, preauthorizations, and other front-office systems as your experience grows
- Help keep the front office organized and ensure important tasks don't fall through the cracks

Dental front-office experience is a plus, particularly experience with Open Dental and Flex, but it is not required.
