Aesthetic Dsign Dental Laboratory is seeking a skilled Full-Time Dental Lab Technician-Digital Designer. Duties and Responsibilities

• Review and interpret dental prescriptions and digital or physical impressions to design dental prosthetics
• Utilize specialized software such as 3Shape to create accurate digital models and design prosthetic components.
• Nest and operate milling machines to fabricate precise dental components from materials like zirconia and composite resins.
• Perform contouring, staining, and glazing of zirconia crowns to ensure natural-looking aesthetics and proper fit.
• Collaborate with dentists and other lab technicians to confirm design specifications and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency in the lab.
• Quality control of the final product before delivery, ensuring each crown meets the set standards and client expectations.
• Provide technical support and consultation to dental staff as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Dental Lab Technician, particularly in a digital design capacity.
• Proficient in using 3Shape Digital Designer software for creating detailed dental designs.
• Skilled in nesting and operating sophisticated milling machines specifically designed for dental applications.
• Expertise in contouring, staining, and glazing zirconia crowns to match patient-specific color and shape requirements.
• Strong understanding of dental anatomy and the mechanical properties of various dental materials.
• Attention to detail and a steady hand, critical for intricate dental designs and fabrications.
• Ability to interpret and follow complex oral and written instructions from dentists.
