Salary Range:  $800 - $1200 week

We are now looking for a AT&T Customer Representative who aligns with our companies and  AT&T‘s values and is eager to offer exceptional support to our customers.


As a AT&T Customer Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for AT&T customers, guiding them throughout questions, concerns, accounts inquiries, product knowledge, and finalization of sales. The AT&T Customer Representative will be a direct friendly face of AT&T, providing knowledgeable and efficient service in every interaction.



AT&T Customer Representative Duties:

  • Meet directly with potential AT&T customers to provide details on the latest Technology like Internet and Wireless products.

  • Connect with customers to identify their telecom needs and offer tailored sales solutions.

  • Ensure all customer leave with a long lasting impression on who we are as a company and AT&T’S brand

  • Ensure every interaction is professional, efficient and solution oriented.

  • Accurately document customer interactions, and CRM systems.

  • Work alongside the sales and management team to ensure improvement and compliance.

  • Attend meetings and calls to stay on top of the latest deals and promotions available.


AT&T Customer Representative Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Strong, verbal communication and listening skills

  • Reliability and punctuality with a strong attention to detail is a must

  • Prior experience and customer service, telecommunications or sales

  • The ability to multitask, meet deadlines and prioritize goals.
