Pristine Smiles is excited to announce an opportunity for a part-time into full-time Front Desk / Receptionist. This onsite position offers a great chance to join a dedicated team at our dynamic and friendly office. This role is integral to our commitment to providing top-notch dental care and customer service. Situated at the heart of our operations, this role acts as the first point of contact for our patients, setting the tone for their overall experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming calls while creating a positive first impression
  • Accurately gather and update patient records, including medical histories
  • Efficiently file and manage insurance claims
  • Warmly greet patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment
  • Coordinate and maintain patient flow to keep the schedule productive
  • Generate and analyze reports, taking necessary actions to maintain patient care standards
  • Keep the reception area clean and orderly to uphold office standards and patient comfort
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a great patient experience at all times

Requirements

  • Display a consistently positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Previous experience in the dental field is preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Reliable and punctual in attendance
  • Service-oriented approach with a commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Willingness to undergo training and adapt to new processes within the office
  • Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
