What You’ll Do
- Guide customers through a seamless buying experience—in person, online, and over the phone
- Build lasting relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
- Present and demonstrate vehicles (in-person and via video)
- Walk customers through financing, lease options, and vehicle features
- Use CRM tools to manage leads and follow-ups effectively
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, certifications, and market trends
What We’re Looking For
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and people-focused individuals
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales experience is a plus—but not required (we train the right people)
- A team player with a drive to succeed
- Valid driver’s license
