  • Detail cars to a "like new" condition, ensuring each vehicle meets Ryan Auto Mall’s high standards of cleanliness before being placed on the showroom floor or delivered to a customer.
  • Inspect vehicles for noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery, and report these defects to the management.
  • Apply waxes, sealants, or other protective agents to preserve or restore the paint and interior condition.
  • Use high attention to detail to prevent damage to vehicle components during cleaning.

  • Operate and maintain all detailing equipment properly and safely, including automated car washes, vacuums, buffers, and pressure washers.
  • Adhere to all company policies and health and safety protocols while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
  • Keep a record of cleaned vehicles and report any issues or damages encountered during the detailing process.
  • Coordinate with the sales and service departments to manage the scheduling of detailing in alignment with business needs.

  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks within specified timelines.
  • A high standard of work ethics with an emphasis on punctuality and reliability.
  • Ability to operate various types of detailing tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage supplies and inventory effectively.
