Duties and Responsibilities

• Wash cars to maintain cleanliness and uphold the professional image of Ryan Auto Mall.
• Deliver parts and documents efficiently between departments and to other necessary destinations to ensure smooth operations.
• Shuttle customers to their desired locations while their vehicles are being serviced, providing friendly and professional interaction.
• Clean shop areas to maintain a safe and efficient workspace for all employees.
• Assist with inventory control, ensuring all materials and tools are stocked and stored properly.
• Help technicians with vehicle preparation and finishing tasks, ensuring the highest quality of service.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail and an organized approach to ensure that the workspace is left better than found.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on service runner vehicles to ensure they are operating safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety standards to promote a secure working environment.
• Actively participate in all training sessions and meetings to stay updated on the latest industry practices and company protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the service department and contribute to team efforts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring continuous movement and occasionally lift heavy objects.
• Proven track record of reliability and punctuality.
• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and operations preferred.
