You will play a key role as part of the leadership/executive team. You’ll help shape overall company strategy, build and lead the marketing function, and play a critical role at the leadership level as the company grows.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and scale Hiring Pros’ lead generation across multiple channels with a focus on qualified leads that convert

  • Design and manage marketing systems that drive predictable, profitable growth (CAC < 20%, LTV:CAC ≥ 10:1)

  • Build and lead affiliate and partnership strategies that diversify lead sources to eliminate single-channel risk

  • Analyze performance weekly, cut what doesn’t work, and double down on what does — without emotional attachment

  • Act as a strategic member of the leadership team, challenging assumptions and protecting long-term margins

Compensation & Benefits
