What You’ll Do

Executive Support & Communication

  • Manage inboxes and calendars for the leadership team

  • Schedule meetings, follow up on action items, and draft internal/external communications

  • Plan and coordinate travel, team events, and off-site logistics

  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information

Project Coordination & Admin Operations

  • Set up and manage eSignature workflows

  • Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow through on deliverables

  • Oversee company purchases, subscriptions, and expense tracking

  • Identify and implement process improvements for administrative efficiency

Client & Candidate Support (as needed)

  • Occasionally, support the recruiting team with scheduling interviews

  • Prepare or send candidate/client follow-up emails or onboarding materials



 Compensation & Benefits

  • $40,000 - $45,000 -  Annual Base Salary

  • $300/month Health & Wellness Stipend after 90 days
