Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to the specific needs of the dental industry.
- Lead the recruitment project planning phase, including defining timelines, scope, and required resources.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting creation to candidate onboarding.
- Maintain continuous communication with department heads to ensure recruitment aligns with their strategic needs.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide reports on project status and candidate quality to upper management.
- Coordinate with external agencies and internal HR teams to streamline recruitment efforts.
- Ensure compliance with all national and international hiring laws and regulations.
- Advise on best practices in recruitment while incorporating new and innovative recruitment channels and techniques.
- Handle multiple project timelines, ensuring each project is delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential future candidates and leaders within the dental industry.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events, both online and in-person, to network with potential candidates.
- Implement strategies to enhance candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle, ensuring that it reflects the company's values and ethics.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in recruitment technology and strategies, especially within the dental sector.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally with exposure to the dental industry.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects effectively and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on building strong relationships.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including fair employment practices and diversity recruitment strategies.
- Experience with recruitment software and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
- Highly organized with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and allocate resources efficiently.
