Our Myrtle Beach insurance agency is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join the team. If you take pride in providing genuinely helpful service and enjoy a fast-paced, people-first environment, we'd love to talk with you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with insurance inquiries and policy details
• Provide timely, thoughtful solutions and support
• Maintain accurate records and data entry
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed in Personal Lines (required)
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in customer service or insurance is a plus, but not required
