As a Recruiter at Gro HR, you will play a critical role in shaping the workforce that helps organizations achieve their strategic goals. This position requires a proactive and resourceful professional who can operate effectively within a fast-paced environment and maintain the highest standards of recruitment practices.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse, qualified talent pool.
- Collaborate with HR managers and HR generalists to understand the specific needs related to staffing and recruitment.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within the organization.
- Create and maintain an enjoyable and effective candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Network and maintain relationships with key talent communities for short and/or long-term opportunities.
- Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment and recruiting practices.
- Stay informed about recruitment trends and innovative techniques to remain competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting.
- Perform detailed assessments of potential candidates through effective interviewing techniques and coordination with team leaders.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and methods to source candidates, including job boards, social media platforms, and other professional networks.
- Conduct interviews, including phone, in-person, and virtual interviews.
- Coordinate with HR team to recommend improvements to the organization’s policies and practices.
- Maintain records of all interactions, recruiting processes, and applicant records within HR systems and databases.
- Engage in community and networking events to bolster recruitment efforts.
- Provide detailed feedback and communication throughout the hiring process to candidates and hiring teams.
- Carry out additional recruiting projects as needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in recruiting-focused roles, managing full-cycle recruiting and processes.
- Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management or another related field required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Exceptional computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within the parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Knowledge of HR compliance on both the Federal and State level.
- Demonstrated a high level of attention to detail.
