Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities.
- Supervise the marketing team and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals.
- Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.
- Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines etc.
- Monitor progress and submit performance reports.
- Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence, editorial design and organizing the company’s publications.
- Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements.
- Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects.
- Become the organization’s agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships.
- Manage social media outreach and targeting to maximize engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
- Superlative communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and direct a marketing team.
- Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
- A strong eye for opportunities in conjunction with the ability to assess situations and make informed decisions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
- Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization.
- Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills, capable of handling fast-paced environments and deadline pressures.
- Extensive experience with marketing software and tools; familiarity with CRM platforms.
