The Mobile Operations Coordinator will act as a cornerstone, coordinating operational activities, supporting clinic functions, and ensuring that each site runs smoothly and efficiently. We seek a self-motivated and resourceful individual to drive daily operations across multiple high-performance clinic locations, solve problems proactively, anticipate operational needs, and take ownership of the details, allowing care providers to focus on patient and client outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline operational point guard across multiple clinic locations, ensuring effective communication and coordination between staff, vendors, and leadership.
- Distribute, manage, and update necessary operational and promotional materials across clinics to facilitate smooth day-to-day functions.
- Oversee inventory supply, tracking, and management, ensuring all clinics are adequately stocked and operational requirements are met promptly.
- Address time-sensitive tasks with urgency and adapt quickly to any last-minute changes in clinic needs or operational strategies.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to assist in organizing events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach programs.
- Support the operational setups for new clinic launches, including but not limited to equipment ordering, setting up necessary IT infrastructure, and organizing signage and other promotional materials.
- Provide ongoing support to clinics by anticipating needs and solving operational bottlenecks before they impact clinic effectiveness.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations, marketing, or administrative support roles, ideally within a healthcare, clinical, or service-oriented setting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively while maintaining exceptional organizational and planning skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Independence in managing day-to-day responsibilities with little supervision, yet a strong capability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Regular availability to travel between clinic locations as needed, with some local travel requirements.
- Additional experience in event coordination, marketing support, or clinic operational setup is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to support operations during weekends or special events occasionally, ensuring that clinic operations are seamless and continuous.
