The RolePosition: Residential Program Director - VillageLocation: Reading, MAPay Rate: $25.00 per hourSchedule: Four 10-hour days (Wednesday-Saturday)Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
This position requires 24/7 on-call for emergencies.

Summary & Responsibilities
The Residential Program Director is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the residential program, ensuring compliance with agency policy, procedures, and the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) requirements. This position also oversees the medical, nutritional health, and general welfare of individuals living within the program.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Supervise the medical, nutritional, and general welfare of residents
- Provide hands-on support for activities of daily living (ADLs) including, but not limited to, lifting, transferring, bathing, toileting, and grooming, based on individual needs
- Implement policies and procedures for the residential program
- Participate in the development and periodic review of Individual Service Plans (ISPs)
- Help screen and select individuals for admission to the program, in coordination with the Program Coordinator
- Conduct staff screening and interviews for open positions
- Develop and maintain operational manuals and provide program orientation for new staff
- Oversee essential operations like food shopping, house maintenance, medical appointments, and resident needs
Qualifications
- Must have active MAP certification
- High school diploma required (Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field preferred)
- Management or supervisory experience preferred
- At least 3 years of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities is required
- Experience working with DDS medical individuals and the aging population is a plus
- A passion and dedication to supporting our individuals is essential
- Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and an acceptable driving record
- Must pass company background and reference checks
