We are currently seeking a full-time Team Leader Trainee to join our dynamic team in our Florida offices. This position is an incredible opportunity for those eager to develop leadership skills in a fast-paced and engaging environment. Please note, this is not a remote job, and the successful candidate will be required to work on-site.
Our Team Leader Trainee program is carefully designed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical leadership experience. This role is perfect for individuals who are proactive, love handling responsibilities, and are looking to grow within a company that prides itself on a culture of innovation and excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Shadow train, role play, and interaction with potential customers alongside an experienced Team Leader.
- Provide exceptional customer service experiences.
- Demonstrate our unmatched cleaning solutions to potential customers.
- Assist in the management of day-to-day operational tasks of the team.
- Engage in activities designed to enhance leadership capability and team performance.
- Participate in workshops and training sessions to continuously develop professional skills.
- Contribute to the achievement of team targets and goals through effective co-leadership.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth execution of tasks and initiatives.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to senior management regarding improvements in operations and processes.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ Years old.
- Must have an enthusiastic personality.
- Must be able to lift at least 25LBs.
- Must love to laugh, have fun, and travel.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and to lead by example.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complexities.
- Previous customer service or leadership experience is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts and to adjust schedule as needed to meet business needs.
- Desire to take on challenges and a willingness to contribute to the team's success.
