Brand Ambassador Duties & Responsibilities:

• Getting to know the mission, vision, and ambitions of the organization.
• Providing information about our goods to customers, merchants, and distributors.
• Developing material for the website and social media to raise brand recognition and attract new consumers.
• Represent the brand in a positive and authentic manner, both online and offline.
• Promote products or services to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Engage with customers and the community to build a strong, lasting relationship with the brand.
• Share brand messages and product information on social media and other platforms.
• Attend events, trade shows, workshops, or promotional activities to promote the brand, as well as brainstorm ideas.
• Attending product launches, events, and trade exhibitions on behalf of the firm.
• Developing relationships with consumers and vendors.
• Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to improve products and marketing strategies.
• Create and share content that aligns with brand guidelines and appeals to the target audience.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the brand’s mission, values, and products/services.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries or comments in a professional and engaging way.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.

Brand Ambassador Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a closely related subject is required.
• Proven experience in promoting or representing brands.
• Strong understanding of the brand and its products/services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active presence on social media platforms.
• Ability to create engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines.
