Duties and Responsibilities

  • Engage actively with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Document interactions, gather customer feedback, and contribute to the overall improvement of services based on direct client insights.
  • Participate in rigorous training programs designed to equip you with expert knowledge of our products and the necessary skills to offer excellent service.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to coordinate customer service efforts and ensure a cohesive approach to client management.
  • Monitor customer engagement metrics and prepare reports for the management team to further enhance company strategies and performance.
  • Attend team meetings regularly to discuss progress, share insights, and adopt new strategies for increasing customer engagement.
  • Support marketing and sales teams in campaign strategies and execution to align with customer engagement objectives.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times while representing the company to consolidate an image of integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Deliver detailed product explanations and demonstrations directly to clients, ensuring clarity and understanding of our offerings.
  • Operate as a brand ambassador, epitomizing the values and ethos of JB Solutions while engaging with the public and clients.

Requirements

  • Full-time availability with a flexible schedule accommodating various shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be over the age of 18 with the legal right to work in the United States.
  • Possess a valid Driver’s license.
  • Professional demeanor, reflecting positively on the company's image through every interaction, whether internal or with clients.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of effectively conveying information and engaging with diverse audiences in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Team player with a mission-driven attitude, enthusiastic about collaborating with others and achieving collective goals.
  • Eager to take on responsibilities and show resilience in a variety of challenging situations.
  • Academic and/or professional background in marketing, business, customer service, or related fields preferred but not required.
