Situated in our bustling central Florida office location, this position is designed for those ready to make a significant impact on our sales processes and customer engagements. Please note, this role is an onsite position and does not offer remote work options. 

As a Dealer Power Specialist at J.B. Solutions, you will harness your prowess in sales and marketing to push the boundaries of what is possible for our brand and partners. Your efforts will be crucial in recruiting and onboarding dynamic new team members prepared to represent and market the brand-new Kirby Avalir Platinum Home Cleaning System. If you are passionate about sales, teamwork, and achieving extraordinary results, this role might be perfect for you.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Recruit and train new hires on how to market the Kirby Avalir Platinum Home Cleaning System effectively.
  • Implement strategic plans for onboarding new hires who can sustain and embody our company culture, promoting long-term retention and satisfaction.
  • Monitor, coach, and report on the progress of new team members, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
  • Coordinate and lead promotional events and demonstrations to boost brand visibility and product awareness.
  • Construct feedback and response strategies to customer queries and concerns regarding new products, ensuring high levels of service and engagement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to optimize sales techniques and tactics.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate team members.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a capacity to initiate and manage change effectively.
  • Must have dependable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and manage events from conception to execution.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to succeed and achieve high targets.
